2. Cancellation Timeline
- 48+ hours before check-in: 100% full refund.
- 24 to 48 hours before check-in: 75% refund.
- Less than 24 hours before check-in: 50% refund (to support tribal host food & room prep costs).
- Same-day no-show: Non-refundable.
3. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed automatically to the original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
